Bethan Garton
CCOBethan has grown global brands within retail and licensing. With expert specialism in toy and food, and scaling brands internationally from scratch. Bethan is on hand to lead our clients in to mass growth utilising her extensive network and experience.

Barratt
Spotlight secured and delivered a market leading, exclusive relationship with Iceland, launching the world's first Barratt confectionery inspired ice cream range. Through innovative design and creative brand extension, the successful partnership continues, and has resulted in the brand expanding into more than 20 new product categories. 22 million ice creams sold in 2021-2022.
Moonbug
We worked with global entertainment company Moonbug to take their portfolio of brands into retail. Securing listings in every mass UK retailer within the first 18 months, to include product launches, flagship activations, marketing initiatives, influencer campaigns and online takeovers. Alongside the team delivering UK and EMEA licensing programme, we helped establish the business as the home of the best kids entertainment in the world. Best Licensed Brand in the World 2021.
Battersea Dogs & Cats Home x M & S
In a market first Spotlight secured a cross category market leading front of store activation with the M&S team for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. With a plethora of product in the range, featuring incredible design and brand execution, generating fantastic revenue for a worthy charity and has since enabled the licensing programme to more than double in size. Reinforced the charity as a lifestyle brand through retail.
Flip Out
Working alongside the UK’s leading inside adventure park to bring the worlds most loved brands into Flip Out sites across the UK and IRE to deliver brand activation and events. This market first partnership between Spotlight and Flip Out will see huge never seen before brands stepping into the lucrative world of experiential, to delight their fans and introduce brands to an entire new audience.
